Shopify Website Redesign

Moto1 is a New Zealand based retailer of bike gear and parts for motorcyclists around the country. KiwiSprout was engaged to redesign their Shopify website, and migrate their legacy parts finder onto the new platform.

A faster shopping experience

The initial motivation for the website redesign was that the speed and user experience of the website was in dire need of an upgrade. A key component of our solution needed to involve addressing the user experience issues of their current site, and improving upon their Google PageSpeed score of 30/100.

Our experience in UX design and developing fast websites enabled us to achieve a much more engaging shopping experience for Moto1, and a Google PageSpeed score of 92/100.

Rebuilding the parts finder

Moto1's original website featured a parts finder that integrated with a database of tens of thousands of parts from their suppliers. As part of our website redesign, we rebuilt this legacy application, leveraging the APIs and data feeds from their suppliers to create a faster and higher-converting parts finder for their new website.
