Redesigning the shopping experience
As part of the ongoing value we provide to Sisters & Co, we assisted with redesigning their Shopify website to improve the shopping experience for their customers. From our planning and research, we identified ways that customers struggled using the existing website, and designed solutions to solve these pain points, including better product recommendations, real time search results, and an overhauled browsing experience.
The result of their redesign was a new website that loads on average 280% faster with a 34% higher conversion rate.
Shopify-integrated mobile app
Sisters & Co is bringing their Shopify store directly to the home screen with their new mobile application for iOS and Android.
Sisters & Co wanted a mobile application that integrated with their Shopify store so that people could browse and purchase products all from within the mobile app, as well as putting the spotlight on their designers, brands, and editorial pieces.
We worked closely with the Sisters & Co team to plan how their mobile application would work, and how we could provide the best possible experience for customers. As part of this work, we created focus groups to understand how the app should work, and performed user experience audits on competitors’ apps to identify ways to streamline the buying process.
The Sisters & Co mobile app was successfully released in early 2020, with thousands of customers using the app to shop with Sisters & Co.
Moving to Shopify Plus
Looking to leverage the features of Shopify Plus, we helped Sisters & Co smoothly transition to the Shopify Plus platform, assisting with checkout customisation, migrating from DPS to Shopify Payments, and creating Shopify Flows that automate routine tasks.
Vend + Shopify
We provide ongoing assistance with integration between Vend & Shopify. Our experience with Vend API allows us to create complex applications and integrations that support their in-store and online strategy, including a custom loyalty system, and aggregated analytics between both platforms.
